Join Native Hawaiian Student Services for their 2nd Annual Lā Kū'oko'a (Hawaiian Independence Day) Celebration happening this Monday, November 28th at the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa.
There will be tons of Kū'oko'a inspired activities at the UHM Campus Center Courtyard including screen printing and a photo booth as well as a Kū'oko'a Scholarship panel at the Sinclair Library Heritage Reading Room from 2:30-4:30pm.
During the evening, there will be live Hawaiian music at the UHM Hemenway Courtyard (Manoa Gardens) from 5-9 pm. Artists include Keauhou (5-6 pm), Blayne Asing and Kaumakaiwa Kanakaole, Shawn Pimental & Kaikena Scanlan.
